About

The Full Story.....

A  motivated Architectural designer and artist who seeks to formulate  creative  design solutions. I possess  a high degree of professional competence. I find joy in creating prints and collages that have emerged during my MA Interior Design course studies at the University for the Creative Arts, Canterbury.

I am able to work  effectively under pressure and can be relied upon to deliver a project successfully , irrespective of  circumstances. The combination of precision, rigor, travel and fun has led successful outcomes both in work and the development of my projects. Research and study has stimulated my interest in the social impacts of improving sustainability and changes to the built environment that is affecting the quality of life within communities.

With a degree in Architecture from Anglia Ruskin University, Essex, UK and a Masters degree in Interior Design  from the University of the Creative Arts, UK I am endowed with the ability to resolve problems relating to to the  practice of design.

Having received architectural training from renowned Zambian architect Dr. Francis Ndilila I was able to construct concept and  detailed drawings for council approval and have the opportunity to work on site as well as develop my practical skills further.

In 2020 I was privileged to have joined a shop fitting and joinery company called DesignUp, runned by Mr. Gorden Smith who has a keen eye for technical detail. Working at DesignUp gave me the opportunity to work on one of the most famous hotels worldwide, The Intercontinental Hotel, Lusaka, Zambia. I developed my creativity further by designing executive office products and designed retail and commercial spaces for public use.

Whilst working at DesignUp I received architectural training part time from PJP Associates, a renowned architectural firm in Zambia. Working at PJP was a wonderful experience as it gave me an opportunity to inspect and liaise with the client on the ongoing 5 star hotel, The Pyramid Hotel, Lusaka Zambia. I pursued a Masters Degree in Interior Design at the University for the Creative arts to develop my design career further. This has helped develop my research and problem solving skills in an effort to execute each project with precision rigor and an eye for detail.
